New Delhi: The murder of an 11-year-old child in west Delhi by a woman has evoked strong reactions. The woman has already been arrested in connection with the murder case. According to police, 24-year-old Pooja Kumari has confessed to killing a child named Divans.
The woman was in love with Divans’ father. The woman wanted to get married to her boyfriend but Divans stood in the way. The woman killed the child to remove the obstacle. Pooja Kumari was maintaining a love affair with Divans’s father Jitendra. The two started living together in 2019. But three years later, Jitendra went back to his former wife and son. According to police, Pooja got angry over this and wanted to get married to Jitendra legally. But this was interrupted by Jitendra’s 11-year-old son Divans.
