New Delhi:Almost a similar incident has happened in Rajasthan this time when there is no reaction to the incident of women being paraded naked in Manipur. The incident of a woman being beaten up and stripped naked in Pratapgarh district of Rajasthan and then the parade of the has raised eyebrows.
Baneshwar Inspector General of Police S Parimal said about the incident “Strict action will be taken against all the accused. A total of ten accused were involved in the incident, of which three have been arrested. Others will also be arrested soon. ’’
Those arrested by the police are Nathu Meena (the victim’s husband), Velia Veena and Kanha Meena. Recently a video went viral in Rajasthan.In the video, a woman can be seen stripped naked and beaten up by her husband and father-in-law.
