New Delhi: The special session of Parliament began on September 18. While addressing the old House for the last time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen getting emotional many times. The PM said that even those who live on a railway platform reached Parliament.

This is the strength of our democracy. PM Modi said, “All our memories are associated with this Parliament House which is shocking. When I came to this building for the first time as an MP, I came with my head bowed on the floor of Parliament House. I stepped into the temple of democracy with reverence.
