New Delhi: Student activist Devangana Kalita, accused of the February 2020 northeast Delhi riots, has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, saying she needs videos and WhatsApp chats related to a group to prove her innocence in the case. He has sought a direction from the court to the Delhi Police to provide them.
New Delhi: Devangana Kalita, an accused in the 2020 northeast Delhi riots, on Thursday approached the High Court seeking a direction to the police to provide some of her videos and WhatsApp chats in two cases, including the anti-terror law UAPA, related to communal violence during protests against the CAA-NRC.
