New Delhi: New sub-variant of coronavirus JN.1 is eye-catching. More than 1000 people have been infected with corona in the last 24 hours. Naturally, anxiety is growing. The question arises, do we have to take the COVID vaccine again? The head of the country’s COVID-19 panel answered this question.

What does the Centre say? Dr NK Arora, head of the India-SARS-CoV2 Genomics Consortium, said there is no need for a separate vaccine. But he insisted on caution. Dr Arora said that people aged 60 years and above, who have comorbidities or take medicines that reduce the body’s immune system, need to be extra careful.
