PPF discusses with the principal of Assam Institute of Engineering on imparting skill development training to youth

Guwahati: A delegation of PPF members held a meeting with Dr. Hitesh Tahbildar, the principal  of The Assam Institute of Engineering, Chandmari Guwahati
 regarding the training of youth in skill development.   The PPF’s discussions regarding skill development training of youth have been very fruitful, the organizasion said. PPFs Rafiq Ahmed Laskar, Vice President , Harun Al Rashid and others participated in the discussion. In the  discussions PPF  expressed interest to work with Assam Institute of Engineering  in a joint venture.  

The PPF requested the Assam Institute of Engineering principal  to start  free training for various  job-oriented courses at the Institute. The PPF delegation says-We have been informed that Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship in association with Assam Engineering Institute Chandmari initiated training for job oriented courses free of cost including food and lodging on different trades at Assam Engineering Institute Chandmari .The PPF delegation  hope that they will get the reply to the PPF’s letter soon and based on that the PPF will be able to go ahead with providing the necessary support to the BPL candidates.  The PPF also expressed gratitude to the retired principal  Dr. Mansoor Hilal Majumdar.
