Guwahati:NIA challenges Gauhati high Court verdict in Supreme Court .The first hearing in the case tomorrow .The high court dismissed the case calling all the convicts innocent. Niranjan Hojai, Jewel Garlosa, Mohit Hojai were acquitted .
All of them contested the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council elections this time.Now the Supreme Court will decide the fate of all them.Earlier A special court of National Investigation Agency (NIA) convicted all 14 accused in a Rs 1,000-crore scam in erstwhile North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC).
