According to the initial plan, Rahul Gandhi’s yatra is scheduled to start from Imphal East on January 14. The Congress leader is scheduled to reach Nagaland from Manipur on the first day. However, the Biren Singh government in Manipur did not allow the yatra to begin after holding a meeting in Meitei-dominated Imphal East.
