Guwahati: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa on January 22 after attending the live telecast programme of Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha ceremony at Ambari, Guwahati said that the country witnessed a new dawn, the end of 500-year-old slavery.
Speaking to the media after the programme, CM Sarma said, “Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma says, “The 500-year-old slavery has ended. This shows that everything is possible in this India. Under the leadership of PM Modi, India received the opportunity to see a new dawn. I am confident that ‘Ram Rajya’ will begin in India from today and with that India will also become ‘vishwa guru’….”
