New Delhi: Section 144 has been imposed in the area of Hemant’s residence. Before the interrogation began, Hemant met his father Shibu Soran. Party MLAs have already arrived at his residence. JMM workers have started protesting. They have called for a march to Raj Bhavan.
The ED team arrived to question Hemant Soren amid tight security. ED officials reached the Jharkhand Chief Minister’s residence around 1 pm on Wednesday. They are accompanied by a large contingent of CRPF. Section 144 has already been imposed around the residence. According to sources, if Hemant is arrested by the ED, the Jharkhand government has tightened security to maintain peace.
