New Delhi: Controversial post on Ram Mandir on social media! A written complaint has been filed against senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar’s daughter Suranya Aiyar.
On Saturday, Supreme Court lawyer and BJP leader Ajay Agarwal filed an FIR at the Cyber Crime police station in Delhi. He alleged that on January 20, Suranya had made “objectionable comments” on her social media accounts about the inauguration of the Ram temple. On January 20 as well as other days, he posted highly objectionable posts on Facebook, YouTube and other social media. An FIR has been registered under Section 153-A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The plaintiff claimed that the 36-minute video contained several objectionable references.
On January 20, Suranya had posted on social media, “I will fast today to protest against the reinforcement of the Ram temple. This fast is only to show sympathy to Muslim brothers and sisters. And there is controversy around this post. He was then asked to vacate his Jangipura residence. “The Ram temple is being built after 500 years, that too with the consent of five judges of the Supreme Court. Even after that, how can people from educated families like you make such comments? In response, Suranya posted a video saying, “I don’t live in the colony where the housing authority is located. ”
Now a written complaint has been filed against him. However, there has been no response from him so far. However, everyone from the housing authority to the litigant alleged that Suranya’s post was actually hate speech.
