New Delhi: This time Mukesh Ambani has entered the chocolate business, buying several old popular brands. Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance company, which has entered many businesses in the country by doing JioK, will now sell chocolates in the market. Reliance Consumer bought 82-year-old Ravalgaon Sugar Confectionary brands for Rs 27 crore to get into the chocolate business.
As per the agreement, now the ambani company will now sell chocolates of the popular brand of Ravalgaon Sugar Confectionery, including coffee breaks and paan choice. Ravalgaon Sugar Firm had been selling chocolates of brands like Mango Mood, Coffee Break, Tuti Fruity, Paan Choice, Choko Cream and Supreem but now for Rs 27 crore, Ambani’s Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) has bought the trademarks of the brands of Ravalgaon Sugar Confectionery, etc.
