At the end of 45 hours of meditationi n Vivekananda Rock

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed 45 hours of meditation. He came out of Dhyanmandapam around 3 pm on Saturday. On this day, the last round of Lok Sabha election polling is going on across the country. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister finished his meditation. It may be noted that Modi sat in meditation from Thursday evening.


The Prime Minister meditated at Kedarnath before announcing the results of the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections (Lok Sabha Election 2024). He has maintained that practice in 2024 as well. After holding 206 election meetings across the country for 75 days, Vivekananda spent 45 hours at Dhyanmandapam at Rock. Swami Vivekananda meditated here 131 years ago. Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) touched that history. Dressed in white clothes, he performed pooja and began meditation.
The Prime Minister started meditation at around 6:45 pm on Thursday. The prime minister has only eaten liquid food for these 45 hours. His diet consisted mainly of liquid foods such as canned water, grape juice and juices. It is known that Modi has not spoken to anyone for these 45 hours. He observed the entire Maunavrata. The Prime Minister spent most of the time meditating. After completing 45 hours of meditation on Saturday afternoon, Modi came out of Dhyan Mandapam. He then garlanded the huge statue of Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar. It is not yet known whether the Prime Minister will return to Delhi on Saturday itself. Although the opposition has continuously attacked the Prime Minister’s meditation. From Mamata Banerjee to Tejashwi Yadav, everyone has spoken out against this practice of meditation. However, the Prime Minister dismissed all criticism and completed the meditation.
