New Delhi: This time, another new virus is causing panic in the country. This new virus is called Chandipura. Health authorities are concerned about the widespread outbreak of the new deadly virus. This terror is called the Chandipura virus. Six children have died in Gujarat in the past five days. The Gujarat health department has taken steps to prevent the spread of the virus.

According to the Gujarat government, only four cases of Chandipura virus were initially reported in a hospital. But within a few days, the number reached double digits. Gujarat Health Minister Hrishikesh Patel said six children have died in the past five days. The deaths may have been caused by the Chandipura virus, he said. Twelve other people have been reported infected. Four of them are from Sabarkant district, three from Aravali district and one each from Mahisagar and Khera. In addition, two people from Rajasthan and one from Madhya Pradesh are undergoing treatment.
