Assam Chief Minister Sharma has urged the Jharkhand Chief Minister to retire from politics if he cannot fulfill his promises
Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma has slammed the Jharkhand Chief Minister.
The current Jharkhand BJP election co-in-charge Himanta Biswa Sharma said the state Chief Minister Hemant Soren has not fulfilled his promises made during the 2019 elections. “Now you should retire from politics,” he said. Because you yourself said at the grave of hero martyr Nirmal Mahato that if 5 lakh youth are not given jobs every year, I will retire from politics.
“You have time till September as the code of conduct will come into force from October in view of the proposed elections in November. So it would be appropriate to announce my retirement from politics on October 2 on Gandhi Jayanti,” Sharma said. Chief Minister Himanta said that if Shibu Soren’s son does not fulfill his promises to the people, who will?
