It is known that the late journalist’s name is Rahanuma Sarah. The 32-year-old journalist was working in a private television channel. His dead body was recovered from Hatirjheel late on Tuesday night. Locals brought his body to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Doctors declared him dead on Wednesday morning. However, Rahanuma’s husband Syed Shubhra claims that his wife committed suicide. However, the exact cause of death will be known only after the post-mortem.
