New Delhi: Amidst Lok Sabha elections, commercial gas prices were reduced to the relief of small food traders and small car owners. That relief disappeared as soon as the vote was over. Commercial gas prices have been increased for two consecutive months.
On Sunday morning, the price of commercial gas was increased up to RS 49. The price of 19 kg LPG cylinder in Delhi was Rs 1646. This time it increased to 1691 Rs 50 paisa. Similarly, the price per cylinder in Mumbai also increased by 19 kg per cylinder. It has been decided to increase the price by 38 rupees in Kolkata. After the price hike, the price of a commercial gas cylinder in Kolkata is Rs 1,802 50 paise.
Earlier in early August, gas supply companies increased the price of commercial gas. The price of the service is increased by 6.5 rupees. Before that, the price of commercial gas was slightly reduced in June. The price of 19 kg LPG cylinder has been reduced to Tk 69.50 in one push of the service. In July also, gas price was reduced by Rs. 30 per cylinder.
