Guwahati: The Controller of Defence Accounts (CDA) in Guwahati has announced an upcoming outreach program aimed at assisting SPARSH and family pensioners. Scheduled for November 6 and 7, the event will be held at the Community Hall of CDA Guwahati and is designed to resolve various issues faced by pensioners from Kamrup Metro and surrounding regions.The outreach program will focus on several key services, including digital life certification, linking of Aadhaar, phone numbers, and PAN with SPARSH records, and providing a platform for grievance redressal. The CDA aims to streamline the pension process and address any concerns related to the SPARSH system, which handles pension payments for defense personnel and their families.Pensioners are advised to bring relevant SPARSH pension-related documents, such as the Pension Payment Order (PPO), Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, and the mobile number registered with their SPARSH account. The event is an effort to ensure smoother services and better support for pensioners in the region.
