Guwahati : The 9th foundation day of the Hills People’s Cultural Forum, a collaborative platform of 27 tribal organizations in the district, was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by Rajbir Singh, the Vice-Chairman of the Minority Development Board, Government of Assam, who extended his support to the occasion. Dr. Tuliram Ranghang, the Chief Advisor and Chief Executive Member of the Karbi Parishad, also attended the function, emphasizing the forum’s importance in promoting cultural unity.The program was organized with contributions from Laichan Ingleng, the president, and Dhiraj Diphucha, the secretary, who played key roles in coordinating the event. The forum continues to foster collaboration and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the tribal communities in the region.
