Only about 10 lakh vacancies in central government jobs! Modi government admits in Parliament

New Delhi: When the whole country is burning with unemployment. At a time when lakhs of unemployed youth are crying for jobs, the Narendra Modi government at the Center has given sensational information about the vacancies in various central government posts.

In Parliament, the Centre admitted that the number of vacancies in various posts in the central government alone is close to 10 lakh.In a written reply to a question filed by Congress MP Deepak Baij in Parliament, the ministry concerned said that the number of vacancies in various central government posts at present is 9,79,327. According to the ministry, while there are 40 lakh 35 thousand 203 employees in all posts of the central government, there are currently 3 lakh 55 thousand 876 employees.

The Centre claimed that around 1,47,000 vacancies were filled in the last financial year, but the number of vacancies is still close to 10 lakh.
