Kolkata:In Kolkata a strange light was suddenly seen in the sky on Thursday evening. And there is a mystery around it. Curiosity has been created in the minds of the common people around that light.
According to eyewitnesses, the light was seen on the east side of the sky between 50 minutes and 6 pm on Thursday. They also said that the light lasted for a minute in the sky. It looked a bit like a searchlight. Many claimed that the light was also seen running in a certain direction. The light can be seen from different parts of North Bengal including Bankura, two Medinipur, two 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly. Eyewitnesses also said that the light was quite clear.
There is a mystery surrounding this light. According to astronomer Sandeep Chakravorty, there may be three reasons for this light. He said that the light was seen on the south side of the sky. According to him, in the first place, this light may be due to meteorites. He said, “It’s a meteorite now. However, it is not in the evening, it is around 12 o’clock in the night. However, it looks like the size of the light is a bit larger. I’m sure it’s not a geminid shower. ’’
