A total of 50 cases have been filed in the Supreme Court raising thousands of such questions. It has been heard by a five-judge bench headed by Justice Abdul Nazeer for the past few months. It is learned that the supreme court will pronounce its verdict in these cases on January 2. Justice Nazeer will retire the next day.
