Beijing:China has stopped publishing covid-related information amid a surge in infections. China’s National Health Commission (NHC) said it would not provide further information on the matter from Sunday.
The NHC has issued a statement in this regard. “From this time onwards, the NHC will not provide any further covid-related information in the country. The Centers for Control and Prevention (CDC) will release all information related to Covid-19. The NHC, however, did not specify why the decision was taken. Not only that, there is also no clear explanation for how and at what time the CDC will publish covid-related information.
