Karnataka Assembly elections in May: Congress is also drawn by the tide of promises

New Delhi:Assembly elections are likely to be held in the southern state of Karnataka in May this year. At the same time, all the opposition Parties including the BJP, the Opposition Congress, AAP etc. have started campaigning in the state. The Congress is trying its best to bring back power in Karnataka. At the same time, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi is trying to make various promises in Karnataka.


Priyanka Gandhi has announced an ambitious scheme for women in the state. Addressing a huge gathering in Karnataka, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has made an election promise of Rs 2,000 per month to each head of the household in the state under the ‘Griha Lakshmi Scheme’.
