Initiative of ‘Prag News’ : From 1st February “Dainik Janambhoomi” to be published in a new look

Guwahati: The Dainik Janambhoomi is one of the oldest newspapers in the state . Sanjiv Narayan, owner of Prag News, recently bought the stake in the paper. Dainik Janambhoomi will be published in a new form from February 1.

A solemn ceremony is being organized today at Vivanta Hotel in Guwahati for the same purpose. From now on The Dainik Janambhoomi Will Be Published In Partnership With The old Partner of the paper Subrata Sharma and AM Television Owner Sanjeev Narayan.Inaugurated by Assam Governor Prof Jagadish Mukhi, two seminars were organised on ‘The Hand of the Corporate Group in the Media’ and ‘The Future of Newspapers’. Prag News Editor-in-Chief Prashant Rajguru participated in the seminar on ‘The Hand of corporate groups in the media’ , Minister of Water Resources as well as Information & Public Relation Piyush Hazarika, Director and Editor-in-Chief of Republic Media Network Arnab Goswami, Bharat Narah ,Dr. Nabaneel Barua, Subrata Sharma ,Sanjeev Narayan, Prasantajyoti Barua, Managing Director of Dainandin Barta Group Shankar Gohain and many other dignitaries were present at the event.
