New Delhi:A US company has accused the Adani group of fraud. Allegations of forgery have been levelled against Gautam Adani’s group. Following such allegations, the shares of Adani’s group fell so much overnight that Gautam Adani’s place in the list of the world’s richest people has dropped to the seventh position.

Gautam Adani’s group, one of the richest people in the country, was accused of ‘fraudulently’ raising the share price of his company. Such a claim in the report of american investment research agency Hindenburg Research led to a ruckus. Shares of Adani group companies started falling overnight. Sensex also falls in order.
