New Delhi:A case has been registered against yoga guru Baba Ramdev.An FIR has been lodged against Ramdev at a public meeting in Rajasthan’s Barmer district for allegedly promoting enmity and hurting religious sentiments.
An FIR has been registered at Chauhattan police station on the basis of a complaint filed by Pathai Khan, a local resident of Barmer. According to Bhutaram, an officer of The Parhai Chauhatan police station, a case has been registered against Ramdev under Sections 153A, 295, 298 of the Indian Penal Code. It may be recalled that Ramdev had accused Muslims of abducting Hindu women at a meeting in Barmer on February 2.
