Mumbai:Godrej Company has acquired the bungalow of late film actor, director and producer Raj Kapoor. On Friday, Godrej Properties Ltd said it was looking for a site in Chembur, Mumbai to set up a luxury housing project. Raj’s traditional large bungalow is ideal in that respect.
Godrej bought the land from the Kapoor family’s heirs on a valid contract. The sale price mentioned in the contract, however, has not been disclosed.
