Two weeks after disaster, strong earthquake jolts Turkey-Syria border, kills three people

Ankara: Another earthquake jolted turkey and syria’s border areas after the Turkish-Syria earthquake turned a vast area into a death valley. The magnitude of the earthquake was 6.4 on the Richter scale. Three people have been reported to have been killed in the new earthquake.

The European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said the recent quake was of magnitude 6.4, the epicentre of the quake was near the southern Turkish city of Antakia and tremors were felt in Egypt as well as Syria.
