New Delhi:AAP rebel Pawan Sehrawat is now being called a “traitor” by AAP leaders and workers. The AAP councillor from Bawana suddenly quit the AAP and joined the BJP ahead of the crucial civic body meeting.
A fresh survey was conducted to elect six members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), the highest decision-making body of the civic body, on the directions of Delhi Mayor Shelley Oberoi. Bjp councillors cheered when Sehrawat’s name was called to vote. When the leader went to collect the ballot papers, AAP members started shouting slogans of “Gaddar (traitor)” against him.
