Jaisalmer Deputy Commissioner Tina Dabi faces criticism for evicting houses of Pakistani Hindus in Rajasthan

New Delhi: IAS officer Tina Dabi is now in the ire of the BJP for issuing an order to demolish the houses of Pakistani Hindu migrants on government land in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer.

The houses of Hindu migrants from Pakistan living in the Amar Sagar area, about 4 km from the district headquarters of Jaisalmer, were demolished on the orders of Jaisalmer district collector Dabi, with more than 50 houses, where more than 150 women, men and children lived, were destroyed using bulldozers. After this, Pakistani Hindu migrants set up tents outside Tina Dabi’s office and staged a protest.
