New Delhi: Rs 2,000 notes are emerging from the market. After this announcement, the Reserve Bank’s website crashed. The fear of new note ‘bandi’ has also spread among the common people. But how much impact will the withdrawal of Rs 2,000 notes from the market have on the common man?

In a notification issued on Friday, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said that if anyone has rs 2,000 notes, deposit them in the bank till September 30. Up to Tk 20,000 can be deposited at a time. Other notes can be taken by depositing or replacing these notes in any bank. However, even after September 30, Rs 2,000 notes will be considered as legal currency. That is, this note will be considered valid in case of bank-to-bank transactions.
