New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday sought a review of the Gujarat High Court order on matters related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s degree. However, the Gujarat High Court has now agreed to hear the case.

The Central Information Commission had earlier directed the university to look into matters related to the prime minister’s degree. However, the Gujarat High Court had set aside the order in this regard. The AAP chief then moved the court seeking reconsideration. However, there are reports that there is a big update this time.

Justice Viren Vaishnav has issued notices to Gujarat University, the central government, the Central Information Commission and former Information Commissioner M Sridhar Acharyulu on the basis of the review petition.

In his review petition, Kejriwal had said that the issue of the prime minister’s post-graduate degree was not available on the university’s website or anywhere in the public domain. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said. But it’s not available.
