New Delhi: “Nahi nahi dib suchagar medini without war” – not just the BJP. The Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) has taken a similar stand with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections. The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) on Saturday made a similar proposal. This seems to have dealt a blow to the opposition parties’ efforts to come together ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.
However, this decision is not final. The high command will take a final decision before the vote. But it’s not just Delhi. Several political compulsions, including in Delhi and Kerala, are expected to force the alliance partners to take on each other. According to reports, two resolutions were originally passed at the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee meeting.
