New Delhi: The flood situation in Delhi has come under control, but the water level of yamuna adjacent to the national capital has risen again (205.48 meters). As a result, the walls of the Taj Mahal touched the water of the river on Monday.
The last time yamuna water entered the Taj Mahal premises was in 1978. After 45 years, the water of the Yamuna river has again touched the walls of the historic monument. Last week, the yamuna water had touched the walls of the Red Fort. The area around the fort was also flooded.
