According to the information, Union Minister and Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal had complained to the Chairman about Sanjay Singh. The decision was taken on the basis of his complaint and Sanjay Singh has been suspended from the Rajya Sabha for the monsoon session. After this decision, all the opposition leaders held a meeting with the Rajya Sabha Chairman and asked him to reconsider the decision.
