New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday paid tributes to his father and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his birth anniversary from the banks of Pangong Tso in Ladakh. Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi is currently visiting Ladakh. The region became a Union Territory after Ladakh was carved out of Jammu and Kashmir in August 2019.
This is Rahul Gandhi’s first visit to Ladakh after his new identity in Ladakh. Rahul Gandhi is expected to visit Kargil next week. Taking to Twitter, Rahul Gandhi wrote, “Papa, your dreams will remain invaluable memories for India. Your footprint is my guiding light. “
