Dispur Press Club’s 2023 award ceremony: Shankar Gohain, Managing Director of Dainandin Barta Group conferred journalist organizer welfare award
Guwahati: Dispur Press Club’s annual award ceremony for the year 2023 was held today at the auditorium of the training centre of the state public works department.The awards for the year 2023 of Dispur Press Club, organized in association with students and youth welfare, the state level advisory committee of the Government of Assam, were presented today.
The awardees are Sanjib Kumar Phukan, Executive Editor of Dainik Janambhumi , Bhaben Dutta of Asomiya Pratidin ,Journalism Award , DY 365’s Hemant Sharma, News Live’s Sunil Bora , Photo Journalism award to The Assam Tribune’s Samarendra Sharma, Video Journalism award to Pratidin Time’s Avni Bezbaruwa, Dainik Asom’s Sushim Ranjan Ghosh conferred sports Journalism award.News Anchor award to N.B. Live’s Pubali Sharma, Sarupatha MLA Biswajit Phukan , Karmayogi award, Arjun Chhetri of Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare receives Jan Seva Award, Actor Award conferred to Prasenjit Bora, Sampriti Award to Former Student Leader Nurul Haque, Yuva Bandhu Award Himu Rajbanshi, Philanthropic Award Dr. Phanidhar Adhikari , Entrepreneur Award – Manoj Saraf, Youth Politician Award Manas Pratim Das ,Emerging Vocalist Award- Dipleena Deka, Actress Award-Richa Chhetri, Samachar Bandhav Puraskar-Chandan Saikia, YouTuber Award Dhanshree Baishya, Bravery Award Bikash Baruah, Leading Women Award-Deepali ,Pragati Award Eminent Social Worker Businessman Pawan Agarwal and Journalist Organizer Kalyan award conferred to Shankar Gohain, Managing Director of Dainandin Barta Group .The awards were presented at a solemn ceremony held today. It may be recalled that sahitya akademi award-winning litterateur Bandita Phukan, eminent journalist Pranay Bordoloi, senior journalist Baikuntha Bhattacharya, Amal Gupta, President of Dispur Press Club Naren Hazarika and many other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
