New Delhi: A horrific incident took place at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Tension prevailed in the premises of the educational institution after it came to light that a girl student was molested and forcibly kissed by three unidentified persons. A gang of three miscreants had even allegedly tore off the dress of the student.
Not only that, the gang of miscreants also recorded a video of the student. There were widespread protests at the institute. The incident reportedly took place on Wednesday. Thousands of students protested at the office of the director of the institute on Thursday morning.
