Four Jammu and Kashmir government employees sacked for ‘threat to state’s security’

New Delhi: The employees have been dismissed under Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution, which allows the government to dismiss employees without ordering an inquiry into their conduct or giving them an opportunity to clarify their position if the “President or Governor, as the case may be” is satisfied that in the interest of the security of the State, It is not appropriate to conduct such an investigation.
