Posting article against Prime Minister Narendra Modi: Case registered against Shiv Sena leader Sanjay
New Delhi: The Yavatmal BJP convener has filed a complaint against Sanjay Raut, the executive editor of Shiv Sena (UBT) mouthpiece ‘Saamana’. He alleged that Raut had written an objectionable article against Prime Minister Modi on December 11. A case has been registered under sedition and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, police said.
The Yavatmal police on Monday registered a case against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut for allegedly writing an objectionable article against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the party mouthpiece ‘Saamana’.
He said BJP Yavatmal convener Nitin Bhutada has filed a complaint against Raut, the paper’s executive editor.
According to the complaint, Bhutada claimed that Raut had written an objectionable article against Prime Minister Modi on December 11.
