Karnataka BJP MP Pratap Simha’s brother Vikram Simha arrested Pratap Simhai had given the Parliament attackers a pass to enter the Lok Sabha on December 13.Pratap Simha’s brother Vikram Simha has been arrested by the police in Congress-ruled Karnataka.
He is accused of cutting trees without permission and smuggling wood. Vikram allegedly cut at least 126 big trees in Hassan district of Karnataka. He did not have the necessary permit to cut the tree. He also smuggled wood from that tree.Vikram Simha has been accused of indiscriminately cutting trees without permission from the forest department. Police arrested him on Saturday. After his arrest, the BJP MP’s brother was handed over to the forest department. The forest department had filed a case against him. He was accused of violating the Forest Protection and Plant Protection Act.
Vikram’s elder brother Pratap Simha is an MP from Mysuru. Pratap Simhai had issued passes to Parliament to the conspirators of the Parliament attack. Two weeks have passed since the attack on Parliament, but the BJP has not taken any action against the party MP. The Delhi Police had initiated an FIR against Pratap. But the police have not taken any action yet.
