“People have been waiting for the Ram temple in Ayodhya for centuries. That dream has been fulfilled. People also wanted the end of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Today Article 370 is history. Murmu also expressed happiness over the abolition of triple talaq.
Meanwhile, talking about ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, Droupadi Murmu said that the country is progressing in the field of tourism. While tourists are interested in going to Andaman and Lakshadweep, people have come down to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
“Tourism is a sector where young people have job opportunities. A record number of tourists have arrived in the Northeast. There is a lot of interest among people to visit Andaman Islands or Lakshadweep. Besides, 13 lakh devotees have gathered at Ayodhya Dham after ‘Pranpratishtha’. ”
“This is my first address in the new Parliament House. This magnificent building was built at the beginning of Amrit Kaal. It has the fragrance of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’. It also has a determination to respect democratic and parliamentary traditions. ”
