New Delhi:The Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress in Bengal has again finalised sushmita dev’s name for the West Bengal seat in the Rajya Sabha elections. Earlier, Sushmita Dev was elected to the Rajya Sabha from the Trinamool Congress on the West Bengal seat.
On Sunday, the Trinamool Congress fielded journalist Sagarika Ghosh and three others for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. Elections to the five Rajya Sabha seats in Bengal, which will fall vacant in April this year, will be held.
