New Delhi: Up to the neck drowned in debt. Unable to control the situation, the father burnt his three children to death. He then set himself on fire. The incident took place in Bihar’s Katihar district on Friday night. Three children died, but the man survived. He is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The incident took place in Bharin village in Bihar’s Katihar district. Dinesh Singh has three children. He was burdened with debt. Unable to repay the loan, Dinesh took the extreme decision. First, he poured petrol on the three children and set them on fire. He later tried to commit suicide. Two children, Rinky Kumari (9) and Raja Kumar (12), died at home. Shubhankar Kumar (13) was taken to a hospital where he died. Dinesh Singh is undergoing treatment at a hospital with serious injuries.
