New Delhi: Hindu children of Muslim mothers will not get property rights The court took such a decision during the hearing of the succession case. A court in Gujarat has given an important decision regarding the succession case.
According to the court verdict, Hindu girls do not have the right over the property of a Muslim mother. In fact, three sisters had filed a case against their mother, in which they claimed that after the death of her mother, they needed a share of her property. But since their mother converted to Islam and daughters belonged to Hinduism, the court ruled that hindu children cannot inherit the mother’s property as per Muslim law.
