New Delhi:Vande Bharat Express, the Centre’s ‘dream train’, came under attack. On Friday evening, the Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express was pelted with stones. When the train was passing through Mehboobaabad in Telangana, miscreants started pelting stones at the window of the train. According to railway sources, one of the windows of the train was damaged due to stone pelting. Railway police have started a detailed investigation into the incident.
South Central Railway CPRO Rakesh said, “We are initiating a detailed investigation into the matter. When the train reaches Vizag, railway police officers will assess the condition of the train. ’’
