Advocate and BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay had moved the Supreme Court seeking setting up of a commission to find out the real name of an old historical religious place. The supreme court dismissed the petition today. A bench of Justices K M Joseph and B V Nagarathna questioned the purpose of the PIL filed by Ashwini Upadhyay.
