New Delhi:The number of coronavirus cases in India is steadily increasing again. According to data provided by the Union Health Ministry on Friday, 440 new coronavirus cases have been reported in India. According to the data available in India till yesterday, the active cases have now increased to 3294.
As of 8 am today, one death was reported from Rajasthan, one from Karnataka and one from Kerala, taking the death toll from Covid-19 to 5,30,779. And so far the total number of Covid cases in India is 4,46,89,512, according to official data. Moreover, according to data released by the country’s Health Ministry, the recovery rate of COVID-19 is 98.80 per cent.
