Three more children die at BC Roy Hospital

Kolkata:The infant mortality rate cannot be said to be very high. Child deaths could not be stopped. The average is four in place of three deaths per day. It’s not that the death toll has increased. However, the referee is not as much as it was before. Because many beds have been opened in the district as well. There are monitors, ventilators have been arranged.


Children are dying due to fever, cold and cough in the state. Three more children died at BC Roy Hospital on Friday. The deceased’s name is Shantanu Kirtania. Age 1 year and 11 months. The second, Ayan Mondal, a resident of Bongaon, is one-and-a-half years old. The third is a two-year-old boy from Thakurnagar. He died this morning. So since January, a total of 128 children have died in the state due to fever, cold and shortness of breath.
